In 2023, I contributed original illustrations and marketing visuals to Xbox Design Lab’s “Make It Yours” campaign. Centered on three unique controller styles, this project allowed me to create custom visual narratives that captured the spirit of user-personalized gaming gear. My work fused bold linework with stylized accents to reflect Xbox’s branding while highlighting the individuality behind each design.

Problem
The Xbox Design Lab team needed promotional content that emphasized the uniqueness of user-designed controllers without relying on repetitive photography or standard product shots. The existing assets lacked the visual energy to communicate creativity, individuality, and player identity in a compelling way.


Solution
I developed three distinct illustration styles tailored to the most popular controller builds, using expressive angles, bold color palettes, and dynamic compositions. These visuals brought a new level of life to the campaign, offering gamers a deeper connection to their creations while elevating Xbox’s visual storytelling across digital and social channels.
